Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, changed ISP, can't receive or send emails

I've been in IT for nearly 20 years and have done my share of troubleshooting. I'm just bidding to let you know you're on the right path. It's very possible your ISP blocks outbound port 25, so that's the first thing you need to check. Try telnetting out to a couple different mail servers on port 25 and you can confirm this.

Hello I can trouble shoot the issue and resolve. Need access to devices (Router or firewall ) first to check the issue . I will inform the issue before applying corrections Cheers

I am ex-Microsoft employee working as part of their tier 2 Microsoft Office 365 Exchange/Lync team. I also currently have a self-hosted exchange farm I use for my personal email and have worked as part of the Exchange team for my current employer.

I cam get this fix in 6 hrs.
