SMSC integration module (SMPP transceiver mode)

We are in need for the developer for the development of an SMS integration module that will talk to a telco's SMSC over SMPP We've already got an SMPP .NET library, SMSC protocol documentation and test cases. We will provide the high level architecture and the use cases with sequence diagrams. The developer needs to develop the module per the spec, finalize its documentation, implement it by talking to the customer's technical people and execute the acceptance test. The module itself should be very basic SMS receive and transmit functionality enclosed by few simple triggers (calling a web service, looking at a table etc.) The expected skill set and experience is: - C# - .NET 4.0 - Windows service (the module should be running as so) - Windows Event log (for logs) - SMPP - Previous SMSC integration over SMPP. For a subject matter of expert the engagement is expected to take no more than 10 man days. Start date : Immediate. Thank you.
