XML/RSS feed query and sort site

Need a simple one or two page site built that will query rss feeds/xml from different sites and display and/or include web search results of specific keywords only when selected. I want a 3 panel style layout with left, right, sections for ads with content being in the center and a top banner ad section. The feeds must then be sortable/filter by keywords into categories I will define for you based on description of items in the feeds. (the feeds will be product feeds) Most feeds will be provided but will also want a members area that users can submit their feeds for consideration. There will only be 2-4 categories to keep it simple. You are responsible for design, layout including ad space sections. For example: I want users to come to the site and search all available kitchen sinks on the web by a certain keyword, the query will search the rss feeds and the web and the results would be displayed on this site. Preference would be given to rss feeds in the returning results and any web queries would be under them. If a user wanted to filter those results by let's say "Finish" then I want that ability to sort the results. THis is just example of the basic workings of the site and products may change up a little. I Need this completed in 5 days or less, no BS. If you cant assure this then please do not bid. I can work with just getting implemented the feeds and we can do members area later if needed but prefer to have both now. Shortlisted bidders I will provide more in depth about products, I don't think the project will be that complicated though. I want this to eventually be an app too so keep this in mind. I do not know if it is best to have a database or how it will work so I look to you and your expertise on suggestions on how to accomplish this.
