I have explored Bitrix24, Zoho and many more. I would like to have a customized CRM for my upcoming marketing business. I am creating a small 10-12 user call center so the CRM should be customized as such:-
1) SIP interfacing for inbound & outbound calls
2) users - about 10-12
3) CRM should be able to hide the caller number from the agent and only display 'Caller 00xx' unless the call is from an already saved client on the database, in which case it would only show the name, not the entire details that were entered such as email, address, etc as regular CRMs fields
4) Campaign for emailing
5) Campaign for SMS (API will be provided)
6) If all users are busy, inbound call would be disconnected and caller would be sent a courtesy SMS
7) Call Logs for admin access
8) Admin dashboard - being able to hear the call recordings
9) Call Agents' commission calculation on successful deal
10) If WhatsApp could be integrated that would be great
11) Distribute calls intelligently to the available agents instead of broadcasting to all
12) An automated answering machine would greet the customer in case all agents are busy
13) Would it be possible that , if the agent is signed in but outside the building for any reason, the call would be diverted to his/her cellphone? (let me know if this can be added)
14) The software would back up data onto a remote data center/locally
15) The admin will have access to different reports for decision taking
