Download data from website API to Access database and perform calculation

I would like to do this utilizing MySQL database and a modern Jquery interface. I had a quick look @ the api and I'm confident I can produce a really nice gui (interface). if you choose a theme from [login to view URL] (gallery tab) I can then construct the functions including a jquery mobile site which will automatically optimize viewing on different mobile devices. I can set this up on AWS or any other hosting environment you may prefer. I am a new freelancer and Im looking to get some feedback and therefor I will do this for you for $200 and no payment required until completion (which will be reasonable time frame).
