Iphone Manual Counter Application

I need an experienced, rated developer to develop a simple application for the iphone, that can be listed with the Apple store. Here is how it works:

The application contains a front page screen that has as its focus a numeric field that starts at zero (or at a value preset by the user). The user can then adjust that number up or down using a 'tens' button and a 'hundreds' button, each with up and down arrows. At any time, the user can Save, whereupon that record is saved and a new record created, starting again at 0 or the preset value of the user. The user can flip to prior saved records through simple arrow keys at the bottom of the page. The user also has an option to 'erase all', which will clear all records. Individual records cannot be erased. Finally, the user can set limits or thresholds, marked by time of day, that when exceeded the screen turns a different color.
