Hi I can read your server logs and statistics and give you a report. Peak times and delays occurring to a server not only due to visits or large number of articles. Also i can register your domain in a free account at pingdom to monitor the server for downtimes and other tech info. There are a lot of tools to monitor your site and make safe conclusions. I can use several of them and give you a report with photos and data to forward it to either your hosting company and your developer.
