Hello, I have a ready product for Moodle backup and restore. Your data can be backed up on volume storage as well as on object storage. The best feature of my backup system is that it uses very little space to back up even if you keep your backup for months or years. You can go back on any day and then restore for that point in time snapshot. This product is currently used by about 25 clients in Australia and some other sites in the USA.
