Hi, A GPS tracker could be installed in the collar and that could be linked with the iPhone app using Google map integration. Each tracker would have its own ID and that ID would represent a specific dog and then information could be added (as you mentioned in the post about stats and alerts). Stats: Name, age, type of dog, any relevant information. I have been developing mobile apps for over 5 years now and I have the expertise and knowledge to create yours.
