Updating iOS app / creating Android app

I have an iOS app created for me last year by another freelancer, who unfortunately can no longer work on the project. I'd now like to update the app with a new look and some new features. I'm also looking to create an Android version, so I'd love someone who can do both. The app is basically an encyclopedia of different video cameras and formats, and information on how well they work with common video editing programs. It also has a calculator to determine how much disk space footage from these cameras takes up. [login to view URL] The features I'd like to add include: -Overall visual redesign -Filter the camera/format list by different options -Compare two cameras/formats -A number of enhancements to the calculator -Various minor changes I have complete mockups for all the new designs/features, so the design work is all take care of.
