Looking for someone to build a basic Android Mobile app for a Tiercel Wireless subscriber. We have build most of the pages for the mobile app so a lot of the work will just be framing URLs within the native app. I have attached a basic functional spec. We have a graphic designer who will supply all icons and a style guide that outlines all fonts, colors, etc... to use. I also need the same thing for IOS if interested (separate project, same price range).
