dude, depending on if you have android or ios, there are already app's for your phone to be able to do this... I have an app on my phone where I can make phone calls and the caller id will show it coming from any other phone number, and there's app's for text's too (and app's that'll do both I'd assume),... If you need help finding an app for this, send me a message and i can help you find one. I would have bid less, but freelancers can only bid as low as the bottom of your set budget.
