ISO of a Senior/Seasoned Andriod Developer to work with me for a month online and totally transparent using skype screenshare for the entire period with live communication plus chat simultaneously. The developer will be working during EST time zone for 10 hours a day. 5 days a week.

Please provide me with 3 recent Mobile app development and related references for me to preferred reference contact. USA, UK, Canada, Australia works.
Required:
- You will be Tested
- NDA and other related contracts
- Your ID card (front and back)
- 100% transparent
- What's your 1 month cost? 10 hrs a day, 5 days a week.
Payment
- NO INITIAL DEPOSIT - when replying say you are ok with not accepting a deposit and will accept the below terms. Please also list and acknowledge all the below by copying and pasting all info from Payment down. Also acknowledge you are the senior developer and will be willing to be tested.

Example Process Flow = User process from login to logout to be completed and tested working. Such as testing login, reset password, email confirmation, etc... all functions working.
*Components linked to other process may require the completion second process before the function can be tested.

1 year to fix any bugs/errors
Security:
Delete all data by end of day and upload to a server under my control. Daily

- All Code and Artifacts are owned by me. You are required/responsible to delete all code and artifacts.
