I am searching for an Access and Excel expert which includes Excel formulas, Macros, and SQL. I will provide projects on an ongoing basis and searching for someone who is smart and understand Excel and Access in and out. On-Time delivery is essential. Time tables must be kept. I will provide the specs and you provide the number of hours for delivery. ONLY APPLY if you are responsible and able to deliver. All code will be considered my intellectual property. NDA and other agreements will be signed by both parties. All code will be written in relative form no absolute hard coding. I should be able to on a worksheet edit or modify settings such as color, formulas and such. Excel - Formula Expert - Macros - VBA - Design and Detailed (ie formatting rows, columns) - Simple Efficient Code. Access - VBA - SQL - Reporting - Designing and Detailed (ie. Dashboards using pie, bar, or other type of charts to provide analytical data) Other - Smart Coding (ie not constantly refreshing, provide caches, hash, or other options to run the code faster without using too much resources) - Coder tests all code in Access and Excel prior to delivery. - Send Access and Excel file and - All code will be provided in TEXT format (clean and without virus, etc.) I will copy and paste the code with DETAILED DIRECTIONS on placement and any additional comments. Personality - Willing to communicate. - Able to say I don't understand, please explain further. - Does not make excuses. - Professionals Only!

Hello, I think I qualify (24 years working mostly with MS Access professionally, but I have good knowledge of MS Excel as well). And I was MS Access MVP twice (I think this only is enough). After all, you can see my reviews - all 260 or so projects on time and on the budget, all highest reviews. But, always can be "something". Therefore, I am interested can you provide a small project BEFORE accepting a bid? Also, I am interested what needs to be done. I have just noticed your "...No milestone payments, etc... " . I think it's very bad approach from you. , I mean when you don't trust to coder from start..
