Ionic app for real estate

here are the specifications for the app resembling Tinder : I would like to create a similar app to use in Real Estate for homebuyers and homesellers to use. The principle is simple, the real estate brokerages and agents, as well as homesellers who want to sell by themselves, would have to pay to use the app to put their properties on the app (market). Thus, the properties they have for sale will be included in the list of houses that will appear (like people on Tinder) with a number of pictures. For the homebuyers, the app is free and as in Tinder, they would have to set their preferences for a house (localisation, number of rooms, price range, etc) and with those criterias, a list of houses will appear for them one by one, like in Tinder, and they would have to discard it (by swiping left) or like it (by swiping right). If they swipe right, the name of the agent will appear with his informations (work number, email), and they could be set up by a chat conversation. app also needs to have an option to be in French.
