Develop single page responsive HTML based user Interface for iPad camera feed like application.

Our app layers a HTML5 based user interface over a live camera feed. We use buttons within the interface to call upon different digital animation content to be pulled off our cloud and layered onto the camera feed in stages. We will have different text that loads up for each stage of the animation as well as an animated button that appears at the end of each animation loop which once pressed will move the user onto the next stage of animation. Most of the functionality of the buttons and text appearing has already been coded but happy for you to suggest some changes that may clean up our coding a little better. But mostly what is required is to take our graphic art assets which we will provide you with and you will need to lay them out and make them responsive so they are display correctly on different mobile devices. Referring to the attached screen shot of our current mock up we will need the badge section to scale width ways according to the amount of text in it, this badge will be more visually complicated in the final design, the next button will need to always sit aligned neatly in place at the right of the badge. The next button will also have an animated gold looping ring pulse out of it when it appears at the end of each stage. We will be looking for a very quick turnaround on this project as it should take long to complete. You must be ready to start immediately.
