Need mobile web page designed to submit a form

Hello, I have a small transportation company in the DC area and I am looking for someone to code a web page where customers can check whether I have a car available for a particular day or not. Then if the car is available they can make a reservation, have a pdf receipt generated based off the information they submit in the form, then have that pdf emailed to them and also have a Google calendar updated to reflect their new reservation. Now this calendar doesn't HAVE to be Google. If you are bidding on this job and know a better way to get this accomplished just let me know I am more than willing to listen to your suggestion. The web page has to be fully compatible with all (Or most...iPhone, BB are definitely must haves) cell phones out there. The winning bidder will also have samples of websites they have created similar to this previously.
