iOS iPhone app - Only for developers from India!

We need 1 great developer to work with on a planner app for farmers. We have the UI and concept ready and have done a few proof of concept apps to test the UI. For legal purposes we can only hire developers who can provide the following details: a) PAN (Permanent Account number issued by Income Tax department). b) Service tax registration number (issued by Service tax department) in case a vendor is a service provider. c) VAT registration number (issued by VAT department) in case a vendor is a trader. d) Must be able to provide an invoice for the service with the above details Requirements for the developer: 1. Must be able to communicate well in English 2. Must use Skype 3. Must use the latest Xcode environment & Github 4. Must comment the code 5. Can not use third party libraries without permission 6. Must produce clean sustainable code 7. Must use ARC 8. Must have apps in AppStore To get hired you will need to take a look at the UI mockup and demonstrate how you would implement the rotary control functionality. There is something similar used here: The Rotating wheel control ([login to view URL]) but the one in the app would need to have more segments than 360 degrees - have a look at image 2 of two rotary controls while the lower one stays off screen.
