I can develop a simple application for you which will take the access file as input and you can select the columns which u want to get from access db and show in csv file. Advantage of this is i can put certain search criteria on application which will search data based on that from access db.

I think the problem lies with your declaration of API to work with both 32 bit and 64 bit. This can be fixed. May not be able to test it as I do not have Office 2013 with me.
