The goal of this project offer is to find the right partner to assist with putting together the business plan and raising funding for the project, and possibly helping to market and/or drive the project to completion. Attached is a rough idea of the project which I was considering setting up as a competition on freelancer to see if I could find the best partner. I've also attached a few pictures from the original project and one of the short-story books, there are many more. At the very least, I hope you can suggest the best strategy for raising funding, etc. I require you estimate time and cost to help make this project a reality. This will allow me to decide if it is worth risking everything to continue with this project and to determine the viability of funding the project through angel investors or crowd funding, as well as my personal savings.
