Hello there, I think there is a malware on your Magento website, there could be browser file manager which don't need any admin access or ftp access to the site. There is a procedure that takes around 10hours to clean up the files, comparing with another clean magento for core changes and manually checking the template and extensions.| If you are interested, I could do it. Hello, I have 5 years experience with unix like systems and 3 years experience with Magento. I can help with your tasks. To start work me need SSH root access and access to Cpanel. My works for your project include: finding and removing rootkit/backdoor/viruses and other malicious code in system and magento, checking server configuration and right permissions, checking magento config and right permissions, checking and changing all access credentials, installing magento and system security patches (if not installed yet). In order to properly scan the compromised account, I do need SSH access to this account. In addition I will need access to the domlog of the Apache web server, the cPanel access log and the FTP log.
