Magento fixes to website

I have a Magento website it is at [login to view URL] It has problems that I need fixed. It did have a sync with Ebay, but I need that completely removed. The sync was for products, categories, images, pricing, shipping etc. I need the sync removed as it has been full of bugs and the developer I used to create the sync is not available enough to help me. I need the sync removed and the catalog put back to how it needs to be so it works without Ebay. At the moment shipping doesn't work either, so I need the shipping settings to be fixed. At the moment every buyer gets free shipping, so I am losing revenue. Also, I need to have my website catalog connected to Sellbrite which is the marketplace manager system I used. Sellbrite supports Magento, but so far their developers have not been able to connect it for me, and I believe this is because of the Ebay sync that is still there, although it could be something else. In summary I need the following: 1. All products on my Magento website to display correctly including the right shipping. 2. No more sync to my Ebay store. 3. My Magento website connected to my Sellbrite marketplace (you will need to connect with the developers there, but I will introduce you to them). The connection will allow inventory management across my marketplaces. 4. Remove the Facebook banner that presents when visiting my website. 5. Make sure the shopping and selling of my products on my Magento website is smooth and to my satisfaction. 6. I have a few small edits to my website I also need that are in addition to this. 7. Future support in case there are any problems that arise with my website. 8. Only bid if you can match my budget and only bid if you are strong with Magento and Sellbrite. Thank you.
