Fix issue: Hotmail marking my emails as spam 2

Hi, I purchased an email marketing app called "MailWizz", and everything is set up but hotmail is marking all my campaigns as spam. 1- I configured it to use mandrill web api and elasticemail web api for sending emails. 2- I added mandrill´s DKIM and SPF records to my sending domains DNSs. 3- I added elasticemail´s DKIM and SPF records to my sending domains DNSs also. 4- I added my server domain and IP to the DKIM and SPF records. 5- The app is hosted on [login to view URL] which is on a digitalocean droplet. 6- I´m sending emails from josevega (@) [login to view URL] and josevega (@) [login to view URL] 7- The main domains [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] are hosted on siteground. 8- My siteground account has a dedicated IP 9- I haven´t purchased any dedicated IPs that mandrill and elasticemail offer, I´m using their IPs for sending. 10- I´m using cloudflare in both domains. 11- The emails sent to hotmail go to the junk folder when I use both senders, mandrill and elasticemail. So I need an expert. Someone who can review my domains DNS, my mandrill account, my elasticemail account, cloudflare account, and make all this work with hotmail. The app is working fine, I can send campaigns to gmail and private domains, and the emails are delivered correctly. Hotmail is the only one giving problems.
