Configure Kubernetes using Istio and RBAC security

I'm looking to setup Istio and RBAC security on an existing k8s cluster on Digital Ocean for a few domains and services. There will be multiple domains talking with various services on the same cluster. The services can be added and removed dynamically. Finally I need an https certificate setup for the remote services. Then you need to walk me through the configuration files afterwords for the above tasks so I understand what you've done and can make simple changes. There will be ongoing maintenance and upgrade work down the line.
