We have a network of 2 servers: one application server that makes SQL requests to an SQL server. About once a month, for reasons unknown, the SQL server locks out the user that is trying to run SQL queries (takes away all permissions to that user) and causes the application server to be very slow. We must run mysql commands like "flush privilages;" and some other commands to re-allow the SQL user to access the database. When the problem is happening, the number of "unauthenticated users" goes very high (about 5-10 of them) in the "show processlist;" command. Your job is to find and give us a fix for this problem. You can either tell us which commands to run or files to edit or we can give you access and you can fix the server.
