270 knobs with changeable values - Front-End with HTML/CSS/JS

I need an creative HTML/CSS/JS developer to build a simple front-end of a synthesizer that includes 270 tunable knobs. Each knob corresponds to a value in a predefined JSON. Here's what I need: * Functionality: The user should easily be able to change the values in a JSON by moving these knobs. * UI/UX: I prefer a clean design with movable knobs for users to interact with. Dropdown selection. There will be 270 values in json where every value can be change by moving a knob. I need movable knobs for every value. 3. All knobs can be shown, or the user can select from a checkbox dropdown what knobs for what values will be shown. So if the user chooses in example to show only 5 of the 270 values, then there is only 5 knobs that can be turned on, in the front-end dashboard. 4. Every knob represents a name and a value. Every value is between 0.0 and 1.0 These can be changed by moving the knob. And the user should be able to see what new values the knob has. 5. Every knob also has a randomizer minimum and maximum. [login to view URL](0.0, 1.0) # Normalized range between 0.0 and 1.0 The randomization can be changed for every knob. So the user can choose to have randomization for one knob in example from minimum 0.0 to 1.0 or 0.4 to 0.7 in example. 6. A randomize button. When "randomize" button is pressed, only the knobs on the dashboard that the user has selected to be visible on the dashboard will be affected. If the user has 5 buttons on the dashboard, all these will change their value between 0.0 and 1.0 with a 0.0000000000000001 step. But the user can change the min and the max random value also. So one of the 5 knobs available in example - can have the random minimum of 0.4 and the maximum of 0.6, that would make this button generate a random value between 0.4 and 0.6 when randomize button is clicked. None of the other values that are not on the dashboard VISIBLE will be changed when clicking the randomize button. 7. When the user has changed their values of their liking, we have a json with some new values, or all values changed. Depending on what the user has changed, and what buttons was visible to the user to change. We then want to be able to send that JSON as a POST to my backend. I will handle the backend itself. 8. When the JSON is posted to the backend, the return will be a file, that the user can download. 9. Download button. If user clicks download button, the JSON that is now generated by the users changes will be POSTED to the backend, and the user will get a file back from the back-end. 10. Extra: IF the user lets say have 5 values ( knobs ) visible on the dashboard, and want to generate 5 different JSON files, not just one at a time, the user can select "randomize BULK.", using the randomize button with a dropdown option (BULK). If the user does this, it will do the exact same thing as before - sending the randomized (custom) json to the backend, then randomize again within the parameters set by the user, and then send another JSON to the backend. The user can choose how many randomized JSON files to send when selecting randomize[V] -> BULK. If the user chooses 100 (max) Then the front-end will randomize the values the user has selected with their defined min and max on the dashboard, and send the JSON to the backend, then do randomization again, and repeating sending JSON files to the backend. This will trigger multiple downloads, depending on the number set in the BULK option. The image i attached is just for the look i would want. Using a AI generated background for the knobs is fine.
