Graphic/Web Designer needed for Educational based site

Educational based site with worldwide reach (needs global feel). The functionality of the site is already completely done and works great. All that is needed is a design change. Not looking for php coders - need graphic/design people with ability to output the end result to at least one web page using CSS and javaScript. Basically need a skin that will still allow functionality of the site to stay in divs already created. Basically, the designer will need to look at current pages and change the look and feel of those pages. The only elements that absolutely must stay are the data tables (they are YUI dataTables) The site works great once the users have logged in but needs design work to get users to actually want to create an account, etc. When all said and done, there are only 5-7 pages that are needed. This is a time sensitive project that needs to be completed within a week winning the project. We have some images that can be used but are open to purchasing images you find or better yet, the winning bidder providing the images. If need be, we will purchase images that the bidder finds that he/she would like to use for the project. Again, there is no PHP, MySQL, etc knowledge needed for this project. If the winner wants to use flash for certain elements, that is fine. Part of the site functionality uses flash/as3 and so the users are required to have flash player 10.1 at a minimum so we don't have a problem if the designer wants to use flash/as3. It is not required - up to designer.
