I need a plug-in that will let a user post a video and associated .srt file. The video should play and be syncronized with the .srt so that the text will scroll accroding to the video timestamp. Much like closed captioning works I would like to use [login to view URL] as the main plug in to manage the video but I am open to using native functionality ( gallery ) if it is easier.
