Javascript guru wanted

Seeking an experienced javascript developer who has designed and built full javascript applications and not just added small javascript goodies to standard web pages. The project entails building a cross-platform javascript application for mobile devices (iPhone, Android, Pre, Windows Mobile) that communicates with a back-end via RESTful web services. Code size and data communication size and speed will be critical so large javascript frameworks will not be usable. We are currently exploring the use of XUI and a small subset of PhoneGap for integration with the mobile device. Experience and skill with HTML and CSS is desirable. Graphics and layout will be provided. The project starts immediately and will be implemented in phases with the core functionality and iPhone support to be completed first. Estimated timeframe for this first phase is 2 months. Project development will be an iterative process as the project will run in parallel with the development of the back-end and the overall look-and-feel. Applicant must be a good English communicator and a team-player to ensure coordination between all the team members.
