Ruby to Java code conversion for logging framework

Hi I would prefer a team to work on this, but a single programmer can work provided he/she works on this full time. I want you to convert a logging framework and its plugins, which are all in Ruby, to Java code. In addition to Java code, also create a simple algorithmic flow of the work done by each ruby file, as well as high level flow of framework. THe framework is available at [login to view URL] and I want the framework +all its plugins to be converted to Java. Only those plugins that are in Ruby have to be converted to Java. Also, other plugins (which basically send logs from a program to Fluentd) in languages like PHP, Java etc should work correctly with the java port of fluentd that is created by you. Also create a simple algorithm - ie for each ruby page of ruby code, create a page that explains the algorithm+logic used by that ruby page. For all functions that are executed from web pages I want you to create corresp JSP pages that perform same functionality. All plugins at the github site(except those that send logs from PHP/Ruby/Java/Perl etc to Fluentd), as well as fluentd framework itself, have to be converted to Java. Also, there are few bugs in the framework-- pls fix those as well, when converting to Java. Regards, Arvind.
