Android live wallpaper with physics effect (Fluid)

Required is a Live wallpaper that deals with several different physical forces (Fluid dynamics): Gravity, Liquid flows / streams, (maybe Liquid viscosity) and acceleration / inertia (these should be all involved forces....): Maybe this can be done with a particle systems engine? The result is something like: [login to view URL] So I need a Live wallpaper which shows some sort of a semi transparent liquid. Lets say, inside it you have items like android robots or so.... If the device is shaked or turned (sensor based), then the liquid begin to mix and the items begin to move in certain "swirls"... while gravity also begins to impact the items and brings them down when the gravity gets stronger than the liquid movement that keeps the items levitated (if in an upstream area of the liquid)..... While the wallpaper [login to view URL] deals with gravity and collisions, I would like to have it in a way, that it deals with gravity and the liquid swirls..... The live wallpaper should have some basic parameters to set like liquid viscosity , item size and so on... It is not necessary to work with the items surface and / or shape too much. This would be too detailed and too hard I guess..... What will be be necessary is to use a phyiscs engine that is capable of liquid calculations or some other sort of redy to use java code. Programming it yourself would take too much time. The project only makes sense if you can implement a given solution into a live wallpaper. Then it should not take too much time and be okay for both sides regarding effort and payment......
