Write an iPad application

I need to make a simple app, that does not even have to connect to wifi. The features of the app (for iPad) are: 1. It will show slideshow of images from a certain folder stored in iPad. 2. There will be buttons on top of the images and once the buttons are touched, it will direct to different webpages. 3. A music player is built in the app and the playlist can be made from music stored in the iPad. 4. There will be a button on top of the slideshow, that will allow to take snapshots using iPad front facing camera and post the pic to facebook or imtagram.
