Cross-Platform Test Automation Agent

Job Title: Cross-Platform Test Automation Agent Developer (macOS, Android, iOS) (Please pay attention! The functionality is cross platform, but the app is not cross platform ) Description: We are seeking experienced freelance developers to build cross-platform test automation agent(s) for our test automation application. Our current Windows edition utilizes a NuGet package with InputSimulator, SignalR, and Appium driver to communicate with the agent and perform actions like clicking on specific coordinate. Now, we are expanding our capabilities to macOS, Android, and iOS and require skilled developers to create dedicated agent(s) for these platforms. This agent could be a multi-platform application if it were possible. Otherwise they can be separate applicaitons for each platform. Key Responsibilities: Multi Platform Agent Development: Develop a test automation agent for macOS using technologies such as Appium and SignalR. Implement connection to our SignalR Hub to communicate and get commands. Implement functionality using Appium Driver to simulate user interactions, including clicks, text input and starting applications on Mac OS. Enable the agent to perform actions using Appium Driver like gestures, tapping, text input and starting appss on Android devices. Implement capabilities using Appium Driver for simulating user actions, such as gestures, tapping, text input and starting apps on iOS devices. Prepare and provide installer code or script to compile and distribute the agent as a single installer. Installer must contain all needed applications, servers and drivers, in a single file. We prefer .Net Core and C# as development environment and programming language. But it is not an obligation. Provide all necessary codes and plugins to compile this agent. (In case we are not familiar with your programming environment) Give assistance to compile and deploy the agent. Collaboration: Collaborate with our development team to ensure seamless integration with our existing test automation application, which is a SignalR Hub. We will provide you with connection information. Provide documentation and guidance on agent usage and integration. Requirements: Proven experience in developing test automation agents for macOS, Android, and/or iOS. Proficiency in Appium, SignalR, and platform-specific development tools. Strong understanding of mobile and desktop application automation. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills to collaborate with our development team.
