I read your detailed document requirements which is pretty much clear our proposed solution is as below We will develop a utility for you in .net by using C# language which is latest technology and compatible with all windows versions you can install its one or more instance on different computers each instance can run with separate Quickbooks company file. This utility will have the same grid/list as you mentioned in your mock-up along with filters more over you can schedule it for a certain time interval to auto order export from Quickbooks into a CSV file.
