Build a database of songs in MS Word - chord charts

I am an owner of a guitar school. Very big part of my business is based on teaching students new songs and there is always a need for more songs. I am looking for someone who can follow very simple directions. You are a good match if you can: - Take a song from the list (that I will send to you) - Find the chord charts for the song on the internet - Make sure that the chords in the chord charts are correct - Make sure that the chords are in the exact key as the original song is - Copy the chord chart into MS Word and edit it exactly as I explain to you - Build a database of TEN of these songs - After you are finished, if I am satisfied with the result, you will have an opportunity to have many more offers There are two examples attached for you to see what the chord charts should look like.
