Marketo Nurture Track Testing/Form Building/Track Building

We are looking for a Marketo expert resource to help us test and launch several new email nurture tracks that were set-up by an employee who is no longer with the company. In addition to testing, we would want a longer-term relationship with this resource to help us prepare and program new forms/new Marketo programs for upcoming campaigns. All content would be provided, this resource would just be a technical resource for programming/testing.
