Help regain access to facebook account

One of our clients had their facebook account disabled. They are able to login but a page comes up that says facebook is still reviewing documents. However, this page has been up for several months with no changes. Would like to work with someone experienced with this type of problem to get access back to the account. ONLY accepting bids from workers who have done this before. We need actionable steps to take within a few days. You are only paid if we regain access. You also will not get access to passwords or login info, we basically need a consultant who has done this before and can lead us in the right direction.
