Promote Site: Adult: backlinks, blog comments, link submit..

I have a set of sites [login to view URL] being the main site.. and then I have a bunch (and will have more) offshoots of that site. I will soon be launching a smartphone app, which i want to reach many people with. I need more traffic. All the sites combined (5 of them) are currently getting (according to google analytics, 40,000 hits per month). I want to see that number go up. The amount it goes up is obviously directly linear to the amount of money you would be paid. I.E. through methods of promotion, bid and indicate something like "I can drive that number from 40,000 hits per month to 500,000 hits per month, for X amount of money" Email me what you can do, how you will do it, and why it will drive my traffic up. This is an adult site, so any linkbuilding, etc.. would have to be on sites that are ok with that. I do NOT want to get in any trouble with other sites.
