After doing an initial site audit, I wouldn't even worry about backlinks right now, as you honestly have a number of on-page SEO factors that need fixing.
I obviously don't know all the keywords (KWs) you're looking to rank for, but I check out a few of your pages and here were some basic issues I found:
-meta KWs aren't all that important to google anymore, but I saw the same ones on all three pages I scanned. Determine what KWs you want each page to rank for and list the meta KWs accordingly.
-more importantly, the page title nor meta description seemed to be optimized for particular KWs. Your home page title and description are the same. Your "How We Can Help You" and "Manufacturing" pages also have the same titles. This needs to be cleaned up.
-You seem to have come "category" type pages in your menu such as the "How We Can Help You" page. That page should be full of content (at least a few hundred words), pics, youtube video, etc. That will ensure that specific page has the best chance of ranking for your KWs.
-Continuing, each page under the category page should link back up to the category page. Or at least, your site should be in some sort of silo structure so that when you do send backlinks, all the juice ends up on the pages you desire rankings for.
That's just an initial overview - I'm sure I'd find more on a more thorough scan. Since I'm new here, I'd be willing to exchange a few hours of time for minimal pay in exchange for a 5-star review.
Thanks!
