Email Program

I would like to have a program built that will allow me to recieve emails being forwarded to it and then download the information from their CV's onto the program. (i.e Name, address, telephone number) Then compile that database into a list in which I can now track the applicants progress through our interviewing process. i.e. so I am able to create a daily scheduale of interviews and their meeting times. Then track the progress of the individual (i.e. 1st interview completed, 2nd interview booked for....ect)
