300 Angela/Paul Profile Link Building

Looking for quality link builders who provide permanent white hat 1 way links! I need 300 Web 2.0 style profile pages created using the Angela/Paul profile link building method. Project terms and condition: 1. Web site DOMAIN must be PR4 or higher. 2. The profile page must allow for 2 backlinks with different anchor texts. 3. All links should be from different domains and different Class C IP address ranges. 4. All links must be DO FOLLOW. 5. All profile pages must be publicly viewable in Google. 6. You know how to Index ALL profile pages in Google (Important!). 7. After creation - ALL profiles must be pinged using RSS method (Important!). 8. Submit RSS to 5 RSS directories. I prefer that you have your own, up-to-date list of Angela and Paul back-links. Profile pages that are created but CANNOT be found in Google will have to be replaced by service provider. Reporting: Excel sheet with user name, passwords, URL of the profile page, domain PR should be provided when you finished the job. You can use the same username password and e-mail on all profiles. I will check the following: I will verify All links are DoFollow and that the anchor text is correct. I will verify the domain PR of each website. I will verify that the profile pages are publicly viewable (viewable without registration) and Indexed in Google. Payment: 100% escrow.
