Layout Plan for Office Required in 2D

Hi, I need a 2D Layout Plan for a Office Space. Following is the requirement: 1) Cabin for CEO in South West (Largest Cabin) 2) Cabin for Director in South West 3) Cabin for CFO 4) Additional spare cabin 5) Meeting room 8 seater 6) Two Individual work stations 7) Two Modular work station for 4 persons each 8) Reception area with visitors seating 9) One casual sit out area 10) One Pantry area We would need sufficient storage cabinet space for files and documents. I have attached a sample layout. I would like the office to have an open feel and have the cabins and meeting room of glass. Keep these points in mind: 1. We need a Photoshop rendered color layout plan once the cad layout is finalised 2. The space Management has to be very good. 3. The Furniture Blocks have to be modern, Dont use outdated blocks. 4. The Drafting quality has to be very modern. 5. We need 2 options for the layout plan. Its not required that you follow the sample layout. Its just to give you an idea. We can give 4-5 projects every month if your space planning is very good.
