Adobe InDesign custom template file

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a custom template file for Adobe InDesign that will be used for operating instructions. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT EXPERIENCED WITH INDESIGN! The template needs to be produced as an Adobe InDesign template (INDT), and should be compatible with InDesign 2024. Specific Design Requirements: - The template needs to be A5 landscape format - The template will need to contain 130 pages - The font throughout should be Myriad Pro - Frame default font point size should be 7 point - The template should consist of a front and rear cover, then 128 pages between - Provision should be made to allow for 3mm bleed across all dimensions - Page numbering needs to restart from 1 in each section I do NOT need any content adding other than the page header and footer, just the template layout with the relevant frames. Each section of the template consists of 16 pages that then repeats. Brief details of the layout are: Front cover - 4 frames End cover - 3 frames All pages - 2 frames of equal size and spacing except: Page 1 needs a ToC in the first frame Page 10 needs 3 frames with a 4 column, 18 row table in one frame Page 12 needs 24 square frames of equal size Page 14 needs 20 square frames of equal size I cannot share any existing documents here because of confidentiality issues. I will share suitable layout, setup and other information once I have selected a freelancer to carry out the work. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and experience in designing templates. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to create a visually appealing and user-friendly layout. - Knowledge of technical writing and the ability to organize information effectively.
