Hi,
I need help with analyzing the images taken from kidney sections where we can see the glomeruli. Glomeruli counts, size and volume would be required for each picture (61 pictures) so that we compare controls and drugged mice. Recommendations for any other kidney damage that could be analyzed on the pictures would be helpful. Also, explaining the steps taken to analyze the photos would be required.
