A game like Pokemon

HTML5 or IOS (its upto you) Hello im wanting a starter kit made for a game such as this [login to view URL] & Pokemon What do i mean by Starter Kit? Well i do not want a full game made, i will be wanting 2 - 3 areas made to display how certain things work and i will design the rest of the app from there. For the sake of this project im going to use pokemon terms as an example (as its more known) What will i need in the starter kit: Main Menu - New Game Continue (allows upto 2 save games) About (general info/credits etc...) Ingame - Pokemon style build up at start of a new game - [login to view URL] Characters Name Characters look (this will be customisable: hair, face, top, trousers) User gets to select 1 of 4 monsters The game will start in the users bedroom (hometown) Computer (store items/monsters) A battle system (somewhat similar to pokemons) Gym (badges/ribbons) NPC (walking distance/what they say when spoken to) Shop Healing Center Evolution system (once a monster hits a certain level) Monsters moves/abilities Use a directional pad (left of the screen & 1 action button to the right) Wild monsters in certain areas Sign (when clicked, could tell the area your in) Menu (button top right of screen which will drop down) - View Current Monsters (maximum of 5) Backpack (items will be in here) Map Pokedex (similar to pokemons, but renamed etc...) Users stats/badges A save game option Maps will be created using the Tiled Map Editor Basically i am wanting all of the above features, however i do not want a full game made. I wish for 2-3 areas which will include how all of the above works and i will create the game from their myself. Sprites will be done myself, please use Pokemon sprites for development (they will be replaced) I would also like documentation of how each feature works (doesnt need to be extremely detailed, just a guide) I have plenty of future updates so keep this in mind when bidding (i have alot of ideas and will have alot of work in the future). And also please understand I Do Not Want a full game made To put it simple, i pretty much want a clone of Pokemon & its features I do not have a budget so i have left the budget on a random price, willing to consider all offers. However the cheaper freelancer(s) will have more chance at future work Thanks,
