Help Hire a Non-Technical Co-Founder

I need to put one additional co-founder on my team. I am looking for somebody who is very well qualified and at director to executive level. The ideal candidate could be a Business Development Director who understand the medical domain. Or he/she could be a medical doctor interested in entrepreneurship and blockchain. Or he/she could be a faculty or PhD in clinical psychology with connection to hospitals, etc. So, the goal of this task is to connect me to a set recruiters who can run this search for me. The role of the recruiter is to post the position in various platforms: LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc. One key component is that the recruiter should be willing to postpone his compensation till after we get funding. In fact, we will only hire the candidate after we get funding. at this point all we want is to have them listed in our team as interested candidates. So, your job is to connect me to a set of recruiters who can work under these conditions.
