Hello, Let me introduce myself. I am Uday. Regarding my work, i prefer to work on such projects and do love understanding maps and work with them. Has done a similar project regarding the creation of svg for tennis academy in Wales. Now regarding the work i do understand your requirement. Did go through it. Now you mentioned that the map must not be as detailed as in Wikipedia and could be similar to the one seen in blocket.se. May i know whether any specific reason for that? Now regarding the work, i request that you give me two days, so that i can do every work correctly and provide the completed work with good quality. Not bidding too less because i know that it got some work to be done, which include the final css integration and get things correctly. So it got work for 20 USD for sure.
