I have optimized quite a few websites and I have only had 2 that can get to a 100 with Google page insights. However i was able to get all of them to under 2 seconds. For SEO Google only wants page loading speed. Incidentally some of Google web apps are the worst offenders when it comes to page speed. I can only say that if you are not satisfied with my job you do not pay. Thanks.
