I am in need of a relationship readiness assessment developed whereby a client can complete an assessment and in return I will receive a thorough print out of their strengths, areas of development, personality factors, type of activities they would enjoy etc. Upon reviewing your information and deciding that we can have a conversation about the assessment, I do have something similar to what I want that I can share with you. I would also like for the final assessment to have charts and graphs to represent the final assessment results.
