We want to create the first version of our app as simple as possible. The app is going to embed/show our website's pages as web view in the app. Load a web page in the app. The pages are already ready and responsive. They might just need some configuration for mobile view. The other functionality we want the app to handle is push notifications couple of times per day to users. Experience with Phonegap and/or a platform like [login to view URL] for push notifications is an advantage to find the best solution. If you have experience in building iPhone and Android apps, you notice that the apps are not very complicated and time consuming but we have a very tight schedule and this is why we are offering higher price for such app. The deadline is end of October. If we are happy with your service, we can think of cooperating for the next versions too.

Hi there, I'm rather new to this site, and hoping to prove myself and my abilities rather quickly. It'd be great to work with you further on this, as I have some experience on Mobile development. I have experience implementing push notifications, server side requirements and application requirements. I have some experience working with Phonegap and creating plugins for it. Already worked on similar project where you embed / show content from web view in the app, by experience sometimes those are slower than desktop experience and the project I talked about they decided to go to native implementation of the app due to serious performance issues with web view embed.
